I have been going to Dr. Brown, as needed, for years. I sit at a computer for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and over time this causes neck and back pain. Whenever I call for an appointment, even if it is after a year, I am remembered and greeted as if I was just at their office. When I leave the office my pain is relieved and I call when I need to be adjusted again. Both Carrie and Dr. Brown are healing in their approach.

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding
