I hate this place , the dumpster is always dirty and smells bad and always looks embarrassing in front of my guests There is no security at nights and it's not safe at all , if I have a problem with my apartment no one is responsible at the office and they don't care , i would love to move earlier,don't recommend it to anyone

Great place to live. The maintenance staff is on top of things and the location is beautiful.
I moved in to this apartment in Jan 2015 and since then I have had wonderful experience here. The staff here incl Adria, Claudia(we really miss you), Bennett(Manager),Flora, Alex, Sia/Adam(Maitenance) and everyone else are very co-operative, helping and makes this place unique, comfortable, desirable and wonderful. Thank Malibu Canyon Team. !!! Only request I have is: if you can allow Rent Payments through various credit cards like Amex without charging any fees, it will make me feel even more great!!!
My experience with the staff at Malibu canyon apartment from front office to maintenance is rather joyous it is very hard to put in words how wonderful everyone has been. For example i was passing by the main office and i ran into Mehrnaz and Flora and I briefly mentioned a couple of problems in our unit, the next day Mr. George and Mr. Sia responded to the call, it was an impressive sight it seemed like military operation while one person was fixing the electrical the other was handling plumbing. I have lived here for 3 years. Every time I have a request for service, it is answered quickly and efficiently. I have been very pleased with the service. The pool and fitness room are always a welcome feature here and I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking for a place to live among friendly and helpful staff and neighbors.
