So glad that we moved to Malibu Canyon recently! Wendi was amazing with the move in process, along with the other staff. Brand new appliances, upgraded amenities, and minimum noise level are just a few of the perks living here. The location is great, right by Calabasas Commons and the freeway but still feel private! The balcony is a great touch as well. Happy with our decision!
Recommendedmy apartment has been smelling like gas for the past month. we even had to call the fire department. maintenance said there wasn’t anything wrong and we’re still smelling gas. i’ve contacted multiple people and not one person has contacted me to address this situation. shouldn’t they be worried about my apartment smelling like gas? like it here but they charge you $70 just to pay for rent online and the office is closed on sunday AND monday

Recommendeda little pricy but that is expected. amenities are amazing 4 pools, full gym, tennis courts, dog park, and playgrounds. located near plenty of hiking trails.
I used to love living here at Malibu Canyon Apartments and now all I can say is renter beware. Sorry for the long post but I wanted people considering the apartments to be aware. I have lived in the complex for about two years now and have to say in the last few months especially since the GM left it has gone downhill significantly.
