The grounds are ok, the Apartments are just short of poverty level living! I had the pleasure of meeting David the regional manager... after being lied to for 3 months about a deposit paid for a unit and cancelled within hours of giving it yes 4 hours because the units were so shotty the ridiculous 750.00 was given back after arguing with the incompetent staff and the property manager that never calls back and hides in her back office. Are you looking for a great place to live in Calabasas? We've been at the Malibu Canyon Apartments for over three years and love it. Simple apartments on magnificent grounds in a great location with a very friendly staff make this a great place to live!
I have lived here for 6 months and my experience has been nothing but GREAT! Best place by far that I have lived! You cannot go wrong with the pool area looking like a resort, bbq area with refrigerators, fireplaces for evening swimming, even though I wish the gym was 24 hours everything here is absolutely amazing! I would recommend Malibu Canyon Apartments to anyone looking for tranquility!
