RecommendedSo far, so great! I have only been here since a day after the fire evacuations. I have no complaints, well one. People utilizing fire zone red marked curbs for extended periods of time. I understand the drop-off, but 45 minutes or more is excessive, which is COMMONPLACE so far.

RecommendedIt is a beautiful and peaceful community nestled right by a Mountain with several hiking trails, as well as 4 pools with Jacuzzis and barbecue pits, fireplaces, 2 tennis courts, dog park, 2 story gym, and a clubhouse with free WiFi. You get the feel of being in the country, but you’re only minutes away from the city. Although, you have improved air-quality in Calabasas as well.👍
We are so happy we chose Malibu Canyon Apartments for our daughter while attending Pepperdine University. Coming from Hawaii and unfamiliar with the areas, it wasn't easy to find the right place that was both safe and affordable. As soon as we looked at the apartment we knew it was where we wanted her to be. Flora was so welcoming, you would think she was from Hawaii.
