What a beautiful apartment community. Everything about this place is high-end from the 2-story gym, to the 4 pools, to the fantastic dog park. And a very competent and helpful leasing staff to boot! So glad we chose Malibu canyon as our new home!

I love our new apartment! Its not far from the beaches of Malibu, and super close to the 101. Im so happy we made the choice to move to the Malibu canyon apartments, our dog Kuma is pretty happy too! He has his own dogpark! The staff is super friendly as well!
Malibu Canyon Apartments are a beautiful hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Southern California. The leasing staff is extremely friendly and informative. There were some bumps in the moving process however they were very quick to correct the issues. Rachael was the agent who helped us move in and her customer service was fantastic.
