I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I had my engagement ring cleaned (I did not purchase it here but they offer jewelry cleaning so I took it here) and less than an hour later I lost the center stone. They denied any responsibility and claimed they only check settings if the ring was purchased at this store. Two of the four prongs on the setting were completely broken and the stone is lost forever due to their negligence. This is my favorite jewelry store in Charlotte! The staff is very friendly and the owner, Asaad, goes above and beyond to help. They have a huge selection of engagement rings, watches and other jewelry - both classic and unique pieces so there really is something for everyone. I heard from a couple acquaintances that they have the best prices in Charlotte, so I had to check them out. I'm so glad I did because they will now be my go-to store and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm taking a moment of time to let anybody know that Malak Jewelers did a wonderful job in helping my wife and I with our rings. I shopped the prices and quality and found out that the "direct" option is not the best. I know they will take care of you you too.
