Hands down the best jewelry buying experience ever!! Malak Jewelers are the epitome of fine jewelers and what other jewelry stores should strive to be. I have now bought 2 fine rings from them and could not imagine finding anything better anywhere. The first was a Sapphire/Diamond ring for my now fiancee and it was and still is absolutely gorgeous. I had the pleasure of working with Malak Jewlers recently when replacing my engagement ring and wedding band. Sam is by far the most courteous and efficient jeweler I have worked with. I came in on a Friday to look at rings and the ring I chose was set and ready for me when I came back in on Monday! I was amazed at how easy and fast he made the process. I have been a customer for many years and keep coming back because the service is so good. I am always courteously greeted by name and asked how I am along with my family. Their prices are very reasonable and selection is good. They have frequently helped me to adjust a piece of jewelry (sizing or whatever) even if not purchased at their store. they do this at no charge and frequently while I wait. Who does that these days? They do!

After shopping many jewelry stores in Charlotte, Makak rapidly became my favorite. They are very knowledgeable about all their jewelry, and always have friendly service. I recently purchased bracelets for my young nieces, and the sales woman was kind enough to wrap and gift bag them! Their prices are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend.

I went in today just to have a new band placed on my watch, and received very warm hospitality and kind service. The sales people helped me find exactly what I needed and I had my watch fixed in no time. I will definitely shop at Malak jewelers again.

I did a lot of research when we had to replace the lost diamond from my engagement ring, I absolutely loved the family feel and amazing service I found at Malak jewelers. Sam was incredible to work with! He was so patient with me and worked hard to find the absolute perfect diamond for my ring. It is absolutely stunning!
