My wife and I have been long time customers of this company. We recommend them highly. We have not bought anything in some time, but they still treat us as if we were their best customers when we go in to look or to have repairs done. They have several times fixed items that we didn't even buy from them at no charge and always with a smile. Very beautiful new store and very friendly staff. Give them a try.

I've always had a great experience at Malak Jewelers. I've looked around at other Jewelers in the neighborhood, but always end up at Malak's. They offer really great pricing and excellent customer service. Go see Sam, he's a classy guy who will guide you in the right direction. The bottom line is I trust them.

Malak Jewelers is a great, family-owned business! They have years of experience, their staff is very helpful. I have been their customer for over 7 years. No matter what I am shopping for I always find it at a reasonable price. The salespeople remember me by name! I do all my watch and jewelry repairs there. The turn around time is fast. It is an unforgettable experience every time I visit - I am and will always be a loyal customer. Thank you Malak Jewelers and keep up the good work.

I love Malak Jewelrs! It is not only the most "Beautiful" jewelry store in Charlotte but they have the friendliest and most trustworthy staff you can always count on. Ask for Sam, he just happens to be my favorite....Anyway, they have the best selection in diamonds, watches, rings, bracelets, and I really love their estate jewelry. Malak Jewelers has been my favorite jeweler in Charlotte for years! They always have the best selection of unique pieces, both new and pre-owned/estate. Awesome service. I sold a wedding band set to Malak Jewelers, I went to four different places and Malak was either the best price or competitive with other offers. They gave me double the price Brownlee jewelers did! I will go to them again for future jewelery needs.

I went to these guys based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. I drove a good distance out of my way, so I was hoping it would be worth it, and it was. Very friendly service, reasonable prices and an outstanding selection. I will be using Malak Jewelers for all of my future jewelry/watch needs.
