Very professional service with genuine interest to help. I had a very old ring that was missing a few stones. The ring could not be worn for years but had a lot of sentimental value. A few jewelers had looked at it previously and said they could not fix it, as they could not match the stones and the setting was complicated. Malak jeweler was willing to at least try and repair it. When I picked it up and saw the ring I was overjoyed - the result was beautiful. Amazing craftsmanship. Thank you!

Within a few minutes after this phone call, Ms. **** walked into our store with the ring to be cleaned.
