The employees are pleasant
For the age of the building it's super nice and the customer service is amazing Charlotte was amazing and sweet I showed up from a late flight and she made it easy and quick I will no doubt stay here again when I'm in Mobile also supporting a local business at the same time definitely worth it by far its very peaceful and beautiful :)

Beautiful place. This is the only place we stay at when we visit Mobile. We haven't been since last year though😭
Wonderful experience. The atmosphere is absolutely unique. The employees were so welcoming and the local food and businesses were equally great. We’re already excited about arranging our trip next year to include a stop here.
The staff here are extremely kind and helpful. They were conscientious of the ongoing pandemic and I felt that they took all necessary precautions. The hotel is beautiful and it has so many details that give it character beyond another cookie cutter stay in a hotel chain. I love the location as I was able to walk downtown in minutes. Can’t wait to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place. Absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The only things that I can say that wasn’t all that great was - the bed was very uncomfortable and, -AC thermostat was set on 64 when we arrived and the whole time we were there, but it would only get to 68 at night and 74 during the day. Thank God we were not there during the day because it was very hot just getting dressed in the mornings. Other than these things it was amazing! Just a beautiful place!
