About this business

Malaga Inn is a quaint, privately-owned boutique hotel which was originally built as a residence in the year 1862. Although it underwent several renovations before opening to the public as a hotel and a venue for hosting events, several of the historic rooms were left intact. I know covid has made a difference in what you guys can/can't do, however I sincerely feel the room we had (Room 12 on the third floor, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 6 and 7th) should not have been rented at all. Loved our room at the beautiful Malaga Inn, perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities. The staff was also very inviting and informative of the hotels history. Can't wait to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were staying due to being temporarily displaced by Hurricane Zeta, the staff were very nice and professional. I would stay again in the future. The ghosts were also very courteous and helpful. One showed me where the ice maker was and the other recommended a few restaurants for us to try on Dauphin St.

it was amazing little spot right downtown. Walking distance do shopping, bars and the Mardi Gras museum is across the street. Staff was super friendly. Felt like I was sitting in a courtyard in New Orleans only quieter
