What used to be an old pineapple cannery is now Mala, the epitome of global organic fusion cuisine. It's not as complicated as it sounds. Chef Mark Ellman has his concepts straight: keep everything fresh, quantities adequate, use organic ingredients as much as possible and use no hydrogenated oils or preservatives. Our lunch was the best food we have had on Maui so far! The service was awesome, and watching the sea turtles while we were waiting was a bonus! Waterfront dining experience in Lahaina that you should be sure to include in your visit!
Great atmosphere and food is top notch. Service was quick and friendly as well. Definitely a repeat stop at these three great feasting spots in Lahaina
