I visited the Urgent Care because I was dehydrated and couldn’t keep anything down. I was given fluids and told I had a bug. Next day symptoms were worse. Went to ER and was told I had pancreatitis and sent straight to ICU due to my potassium levels being critically low.
Had great experience. Staff was super nice & dr was very thorough. Highly recommend
I took my mom and husband on the same day. Medical treatment and prescriptions were ineffective for both of them.
They told me that they could not do stitches on my sons chin because he had a chunk of skin missing, went to Children's and the doctor put 3 stitches in without any problems. There was not any skin missing, it was just a jagged cut.
I'm literally sitting in the waiting room right now and I've been here over an hour and still haven't seen anyone and no it's not busy. I can hear people outside the door shooting the bull and talking about nonsense. Like really.
Fast and friendly staff! No wait time.Very in depth with medical issues and treated me like an actual human and not just another number like many other places have done.They treated me as a patient and my problem, & had my prescriptions phoned in before I could even leave the office. The nurse took the time to follow up with me to see if I was feeling any better too!! AWESOME GROUP OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAIN STREET FAMILY URGENT CARE IN MOODY!! Had to unexpectedly take my son in on a holiday,everyone was so very nice and very thorough.We will definitely be back if needed and highly recommend!
HORRIBLE service. Rude from the moment I walked in. Brought my 10 year old to be seen for severe stomach pain they rolled their eyes and then refused to see her bc I didn't have a hard copy card of her insurance. I had the information with me but the wouldn't even look at it and I told them she's been here before and it wasn't a problem. All they said was, "Well I don't know who did that those times but we won't see her without her card." I said even with the correct info I have right here. They responded yes.
