They misdiagnosed my son, sent me to basically pay for him to be seen at another pediatric office with a doctor this time because mainstreet NP refused to treat my son, instead wanted to give him a script for something he didn’t even need �. This is the most ridiculous place I’ve ever seen. People up front very friendly nurse was really nice and doctor was friendly but lady doing shots kinda has attitude but she couldn't get my blood and had to do it my risk so hurt like crazy and after I ask could I wait to do the two shots she say no for me turn over so she could do it while I was upset I understand she wanted do it all at once but I was turning green and felt like was going throw up so a little bit nicer one of been rating of 5
I had such a stress-free experience here. I got in and out very quickly! They had refreshments available. Everyone was nice. Can't complain. Keep up the good work! If/when I get sick again in the future, I will definitely return here!
Wonderful, knowledgeable staff, free coffee and bottle water while you wait. Great overall experience. I will be coming back.
I didn't "love" why I was there, but the experience was very pleasant. It is a very clean and welcoming environment, and the staff and NP were all very friendly, personable, and professional. I'm very thankful Moody has an urgent care facility now.
