This place is great! Stopped in on the way home from the office and was in and out! Very friendly staff who answered all my questions!
My mom went to them on Monday the 15th they told her she had a common cold but then gave her a zpak she was so sick by Friday she hadn't eaten & had lost 10lbs I took her to American family care in Trussville Saturday & it was confirmed that she had the flu ! So if you think you may have the flu don't h ok to this clinic they don't know how to tell if you have the flu !!
I was treated my the staff on January 3rd and January 6th, 2018 following up the treatment of the diagnosis of type A flu(even though I’ve had a flu shot 10/2017. Also I was diagnosed with bronchitis and upper respiratory infection. I received follow up phone call checking on if it was getting better; since I wasn’t I was told to either go to the emergency room or come back to MainStreet Family which is what I did Saturday. In times of sickness, it can be so easy to feel alone. Thank goodness for the friendly faces, fast service, and family values of MainStreet Family Urgent Care! This facility and this staff were truly a beacon of light in the otherwise dark abyss of my illness and poor health.
