sure does piss a person off when Urgent care takes your insurance card but doesnt mention you might need a referral or Blue Cross Silver wont pay a dime! then you get a bill for $1000!!! not like they didnt have the time to talk to me either... just sitting at the front desk doing nothing when I walked in. Least you could do us talk to your patients about what you could expect to pay!!!! would never recommend this place.. $$$$ scam.
Thus facility only has one Dr and CAN NOT keep up with the pace of the clinic. I waited an hour to be called back for vitals to be taken then another hour to be seen by the DR.....I LEFT! Sick 😷 and all. My second time there but will NEVER return.
RecommendedWent yesterday for bronchial problems for my third time this winter. Once again, I got in quickly, told them the same old sad story and they immediately did everything I expected them to do that works every time for me. I was out of there within about an hour and 15 minutes. Immediately went 5 minutes down the road and picked up my prescriptions, and today I feel like a new person. This is pretty much the best urgent care place around as far as I am concerned. And their complimentary coffee and drink area has good selections... read more
The nurse that plays doctor here refused to treat me for a sinus infection because I refused to take an unnecessary flu and strep test. She also tried to tell me that anyone who has symptoms that could be the flu has to be tested for the flu or they cannot be treated. I’ve had many sinus infections and have never been tested for the flu. They supposedly returned my copay since I wasn’t treated but it hasn’t shown back up in my account as of yet. Got to urgent care at 5:15, pretty sure I have the flu, and had the door shut in my face. I was told, while standing outside in the cold, they won’t be taking any more patients. There were literally four cars in the parking lot, which I’m sure some belonged to employees, and no one in the waiting room. Hours of business listed them open until 6pm. Thank you urgent care for you compassion and concern for the sick 🖕🏼
Paid $125 and they ran out of shots. How are you a Dr’s office and run out of medicine???
