From the front to the back everyone was so nice and professional. The front desk had the sweetest way of talking to people and was so patient even with the older patients who had a hard time understanding the phone registrations but she took time out of her busy day to help. The back was so nice and made sure they they knew exactly what was going on before running any test. Making small talk and asking how my day was really made the difference. Everyone is so caring! Even with all the craziness with this pandemic they remain calm and professional.
Had the greatest experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care today. I woke up with a high fever and cough so I immediately went online and registered for a COVID test. The process was extremely clear and easy. My wait time said around 3 hours. I got a text when it was time to leave my house and another text when it was okay for me to come in the waiting room. Went for a vaccine. Very pleasant and accommodating staff.
I was seen at MainStreet Family Care in Moody on 1/4/2020 for a covid test. My covid test wasn’t the only thing positive during this visit. (Ha, see what I did there?) The receptionist was AMAZING!! I’ll refer to her as sweet pea. She was wonderful on the phone and in person. Honestly, I’ve never met a medical receptionist as nice as this lady was. Do not recommend. Will not be back. Don’t tell people you are open yet turn them away with three business hours left in the day because you have “reached capacity”. That’s not urgent care. If you can’t see people for a sinus infection or anything that’s not Covid-related then don’t advertise such. This place is a joke.
