Very happy with the repairs Mainland Roofing did on my roof. As an older person I appreciate all the help and professionalism I was given from start to finish. I would recommend this company without a doubt.
Called them Wed. 3/20 in morning to report a small leak. Left message with their answering machine. It's now 3 days later (Sat. 3/23) and no call back to sched. someone to come out to see where leak is. This has happened before. I've complained about this issue several times but nothing gets done! 1 star rating is being generous!

Sent crew on March 27, leak was coming from a popped nail on shingle roof installed by other contractor and we fixed it at no charge.

I signed a contract with Mainland Roofing but was told up front that I would have to wait 2 months for the tiles to arrive. I was OK with that since it was rainy season anyway. Angie (office assistant) kept me informed of my roof progress at all times. She is a great asset to the company. My completed roof was done in 6 months total with final inspection. I would recommend this company.

We had Mainland Roofing come out in 2014 to fix an area of our tile roof. The area and the tiles that were repaired ended up damaged during Hurricane Irma. We called and received a quote to have them repair the same area of the roof and were given a timeline by when they would be out to complete the work. Just yesterday, we left a message that we could come out this week to do the repairs and didn't hear back until now through this review. Her tiles are discontinued and we had to wait until they could be found in the salvage market which we were just able to locate.
