I received a call back right away from their staff, very friendly and informative. We set up a time to meet which they made themselves right away since i was having leaks with all this rain. I was relieved that they came right away. I received their quote which I was pleasantly surprised that it was very affordable as well, so we agreed on the job and that got started right away! I would definitely recommend to anybody! They gave me excellent service and were very happy to work around my crazy schedule. The workers seemed to be very knowledgeable about the work they were doing and kept me informed every step of the process.
Very happy with the repairs Mainland Roofing did on my roof. As an older person I appreciate all the help and professionalism I was given from start to finish. I would recommend this company without a doubt.
Called them Wed. 3/20 in morning to report a small leak. Left message with their answering machine. It's now 3 days later (Sat. 3/23) and no call back to sched. someone to come out to see where leak is. This has happened before. I've complained about this issue several times but nothing gets done! 1 star rating is being generous!

Sent crew on March 27, leak was coming from a popped nail on shingle roof installed by other contractor and we fixed it at no charge.
