Phil is great! He truly is a jack of all trades! Any time we have had an issue, he has been quick to get it taken care of! He genuinely cares about doing a job well, and that is a rare thing these days!
We have wasted our time more than 4 times trying to do a self guided tour at not one but TWO houses. Each time we have gotten an error trying to unlock the key pad via Bluetooth. You would think companies would confirm this works prior to posting a home for rent. Be warned :)
