I have unsafe flooring, holes in the flooring and in the laminate, and mold growing because my house has flooded twice. Main Street renewal Raleigh sent some incompetent person out here who never even bothered to open the pantry door and look at the mold, he never looked under the dishwasher or even AT the dishwasher, all he did was praise the beautiful flooring the rental company chose. Called and told them my air was out I have 5 kids and they refused to send anyone until the 11th mind you I put in the work order on the 7th. They then hung up on me I will be filing a law suit and they won’t be getting rent from me
