Good Afternoon Corporate, I am a neighbor to property 1204 Redbud court in McDonough, Ga 30253. The last residents moved out several months ago and no one has been to property since nor has grass been cut this season. The grass is standing almost 5 feet tall front to back. Please DO NOT rent from this company. They don't respond to emails nor cases you enter in their portal. They don't maintenance issue but want rent on the 1st of the month. Finished out lease so I won't have an eviction and now they not responding to request for security deposit refund.
