I'd also like to add, I paid rent for the month of May. I moved out May 30th, it was a weekend. My move out date was set for June 1st, a Monday and I'm being charged almost $500. I tried to contact someone over and over again about this. I have left messages in the portal with no one calling me back. 0 stars. THE worst company EVER!! Everything about Mainstreet is bad. They may have properties. However, there are issues wrong with them. They may look nice online, but once you see them, they are the worst; they're overpriced the people that you talk to are not in the united states. All in all, RUN. They need to be put out of business.
Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend no one! I’ve been without hot water for 4 days. Everyone keeps telling me they are sorry someone is coming. I bet they have hot water. Rent is too expensive to not have running hot water. Do not rent from the company.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I rented a house from them z I was able to view the inside however there was no electricity and was unable to see really the dirt and grime on the kitchen, bathrooms yet what I was able to see. I brought it to the attention of MSR lady and asked that the home didn’t appear to be cleaned. She said well a couple of days we go in and do a deep clean (yea right!). Can never get them on the phone. Their places are trashy upon move-in. We cleaned and upgraded the house and landscaping. But upon move-out were charged for maintenance after we made it look much better.

Worst company ever!!! You can never speak to a supervisor and they give you the run around. I put in a maintenance request, something is wrong with my septic tank and the water from the tank is backing up in all 3 bathtubs in my home and none of the toilets are flushing, its been over a week and still no help and of course the staff act like the have no clue what's going on.
