A big shout out and accolades to Piedmont ARMC for the excellent care I received there yesterday! From Roberta who registered me, with a smile at 515am, to the nurses who cared for me before, during and after surgery! Thank you, thank you for the excellent care and professionalism! Also to my wonderful surgeon Dr. Cannon, thank you so much taking good care of me!
"My experience" ! Went to the E.R. for a herniated disc. *(Got the "run around" about my insurance. I am (double insured) Humana Gold, and V.A. Lifetime Tricare.) After a couple of hours of being there left. *("While there. Understand there's a national flu outbreak".) Went to the bathroom. Urine everywhere. Bathroom was nasty ! This place is a joke. Took over an hour to get discharged with no one in the rooms to be seen on the lobby side. PA says admit doctor says no. What’s the point in having a PA
A HUGE thank you to Dr Dunford and staff we were in the ER Tuesday with my son having chest pain and Dr Dunford was amazing being a paramedic I had brought him several patients in the past this time my son was the patient and Dr Dunford sat and talk with us and got the answers we needed so thank you to you and your staff!!!!
