They do as they say. Learned about them through web search and the executive took a thorough call with all details and precisely that’s the point so as we customers never get troubled. She answered all questions and the cleaning staff came was very professional and prompt on time. Done everything as per the checklist I mentioned and st the end asked me to do an inspection. Liked them and would strongly recommend them.
Great cleaning experience!
I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The maid arrived on time but only stayed for a mere 10 minutes before abruptly leaving due to a "family emergency." While I understand that emergencies happen, I was left with half-cleaned rooms and no follow-up from the company. The maid mentioned that her boss would reach out to me regarding the situation, but that never happened. After waiting for a while, I decided to call the company myself. Iklaas did a good job cleaning and was friendly and professional. She walked through the checklist afterwards and made sure everything was addressed before leaving. Thank you Iklaas! Thank you as well to Ayodele - he is always friendly and professional to deal with as well!
Not happy with their "cleaning" Will not be using them again. The owner did give me a partial refund (very partial) not enough to compensate for the bad job.
