RecommendedLine was insane but went pleasantly fast. Felt like I was being herded like cattle. The boat was great. Everyone was super nice. The view was breathtaking. It makes you feel so tiny being so near those falls. It was spectacular. The park and observation areas had beautiful photo opportunities. Souvenirs were decently priced too. Ice cream parlor was amazing. I recommend the panda paws and/or the niagra flavored. Delish. And they aren't skimpy with it either. Thanks for an amazing experience!!
Right off the bat I’ll say the 20 minute boat ride was amazing. My cousin had prepurchased tickets online but don’t bother doing that as you still have to go to the ticket booths. We waited one and 1/2 hours to get on a boat and the employees were very rude. After we got off the boat we waited 2 HOURS to get back on the elevator that takes you to the exit. It was extremely unorganized and I have to say I’ve NEVER seen such poor crowd control. My advice would be DON’T purchase tickets ahead of time and if the line looks long ... read more
