They've all taken rides on the Maid of the Mist—or rather one of seven Maids, which first launched its boats in 1846. This world-famous boat takes its passengers right into the heart of the Falls. You can catch the boat on either the American or Canadian side, with boardings every 15 minutes between April and the end of October.

Cool experience
RecommendedWe had a wonderful time walking the trails & visiting the 3 islands. However, we went to the gift shop & at 7:15 pm an employee tried telling us they were closed. My husband then tells her he can read & the sign says 7:30 pm is when they close, so she let us in. As I am checking out, another would be customer tries to come in & again she says they are closed. This customer says it’s 7:21 pm & your sign says 7:30, the employee then tells him, “don’t start with me.” I am absolutely appalled by her behavior.
A beautiful walk along the trails and majestic view of the falls from American side. Highly recommend everyone to at least visit it once in their life time.

It was amazing other then my phone was updating during ride and couldn’t take pictures but o well I’ll get them next trip
