Dr no-showed to my telehealth appt. Called the office twice with no answer. Waited over 20 minutes.
After having a cancerous mole removed, the office submitted the claim to my old insurance, despite me confirming that they have my new insurance on file. It has been 6 weeks and I have called 8 times and they STILL HAVE NOT RESUBMITTED MY CLAIM to my new insurance. I had to re-explain the situation to the same front desk lady the first 3 or 4 times and now she knows me and my issue but still hasn't taken care of it. Dr. Nguyen is the best. She’s thorough, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to listen and explain things in a way that makes sense. What I really love is that she talks through different options and explains well. I always leave feeling heard and cared for, which is rare these days. I trust her, and it means a lot to have a doctor who genuinely cares. Plus, the office is super clean and the front staff are always kind and helpful.
