Service department is terrible. Service Manager Brad has his people recommending unnecessary service and scamming people without any mechanical knowledge. Do not be fooled by their BS and absolutely do not let them pressure you by saying they won't perform work unless you do what they recommend. This is my second experience with this service manager he worked for the precious Nissan dealer that owned this dealership. Had I know he now worked for Mcguire I never would have gone there. Horrible customer service, issue with a leased Rogue after the first month, it only happens randomly, and they refuse to deal with it, just tell me, don't use the power ports, told me using the power ports could turn the fan on high randomly, if the climate control system is off! They do not support the products that they sell. DON'T BUY OR LEASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!
