Showed up this morning for the "FREE MULTIPOINT INSPECTION" that I signed up for only to find that it actually is only free with service. They tried to charge me for a service that was advertised as free. Nowhere in booking my appointment did they say that it required service to be purchased. Very helpful and willing to work with you. Chelsea Trichilo is an awesome salesperson deserves raises and bonuses. We tried many others before Maguire Nissan ( deep regret ). Should have just gone to them right away. When you go see them please tells them I said hi. Friendly real and really care about you. Please keep up the great work don’t change. I would say ask for Chelsea Trichilo I’m sure she would everyone is as great as she is. Anyway happy Veterans Day to all.

The Maguire Nissan of Syracuse is truly one of the best dealerships I have used. The service is efficient and friendly. They have been fair with car purchase deals. Nice people in general.

Great service and completed on time
Treat customers buying their leased cars like a customer buying a new car. This was a terrible and a frustrating experience that I hope I never go through again. In addition, the dealer ship tried to charge me a $375 fee hidden in the cost of the buyout instead of the $300 fee stipulated in the Nissan lease contract. Then to add insult to injury, there was going to be 8% sales tax charged on the $75 fee. The salesman kept dropping the ball. Just leased a 2020 Nissan Sentra, and the experience was AWESOME. The sales staff were highly professional and answered any and all questions.
