I have solely used Maguire for the last 12+ years, between their Ithaca and Syracuse dealerships. I have found them to always be more than helpful with the car buying (and leasing) process, their service departments are excellent, and the customer service is always top notch. If there are ever any questions or issues, regardless of how minor, they are eager to resolve them for their customers.
Went in for a oil change, was told by the employee that we had the maintenence coverage when the car was bought. Then when it comes time to leave, they say that there is a charge. So we told them that the employee signed us up for the plan and they said no you didn't and that employee doesn't work here anymore so we can't do anything about it. So we payed the fee. Went in to look at a used truck they had. I also wanted to trade in my car. I met with Sebastian Ramirez and he worked hard to get me the payment and money I wanted for my car. By the end of the day I had plates on the truck. Thanks Sebastian !

Best dealership in syracuse! My husband and I purchased two cars from them within a four month time period. They are personal, welcoming, and will work hard to get you the right car at the right price. Ross and Rob worked so hard to make sure we were happy with our vehicles- we are more than happy. I won't be buying a new car anytime soon, but when I do, I'll most certainly be going back to Maguire!
