Fantastic customer service in the service dept! They definitely go the extra mile. Every single staff member was so friendly and their waiting room is great-- kept my son entertained the entire time our truck was being repaired. Beyond the TV, there's free wifi, water, ice cream/popsicles, coffee, and a vending machine. And the repair took a little less time than they estimated! Wouldn't go anywhere else after their top notch service, and I especially recommend Zachary Rice. �
Bought my Nissan Frontier new at another dealership. Warning lights came on and this was the closest dealership so I headed there. Not impressed with the service advisor talking to me like I was stupid, I probably know more about vehicles than he does. Service Dept. Is open on Saturdays but no trained technicians available, what's the point then! Waiting area is a wide corridor with plenty of traffic, but they do offer you coffee, water, and ice cream. Bought a car for my daughter today. Dave O'neill was my sales rep...great guy, great service. I was in a bit of a rush, got there at 8am, driving new car home by 11am. Boom! 3 hours! Great job by the entire team! Thanks Dave, my kid loved the car!
I had the best experience ever with Tyler Terramiggi! He was upbeat and fun to work with. He knew his stuff and how to get me a car I liked! Every person I talked to were friendly and nice (shout out to Sarah Paradiso and Zack!!) Thanks for making this the best car buying experience ever!!
Very impersonal and felt like I was an inconvience for them...Then I was never informed as to what was going on with fiancing after numerous attempts to contact sales rep. And having to leave messages for a call back...Will not reccomend....
