RecommendedThe location is amazing! Close to Raleigh, but with a suburban feel. Floorplans are huge!
The maintenance/office staff is very respectful. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the layout of the apartments are great!
Before you move in you should know that they will lose your payments, ignore maintenance request, and leave mold, trash and dog poop all over the property. The toilets need to be snaked twice a year. The water runs slow and takes 20 minutes to warm up. The nice appliance half way work so don't buy icecream...oh don't forget the drive by shootings and the pool, fitness, and laundry areas that are available but not available just like the staff, but let them tell it they are under new management every 6months but nothing ever ... read more
