Magic City Door did a FABULOUS job! The service tech, Willie, called before he came, showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong, and had it repaired no time! He was SUPER nice, gave me the lowest cost option, and his cell number if I had any questions or problems! He went above and BEYOND by programming my car to the garage door (which I had NO idea was a possibility!!). He did it without me even having to ask! Fantastic customer service, ethics, and responsiveness!! THANK YOU WILLIE!

Came, assessed my problem and gave me a workaround the day my problem happened. When the springs for my garage door arrived, they returned and installed quickly. Very professional service; would definitely use again.
