Where do I start? VERY POOR CARE since UPMC took over. Very poor customer service and they have no compassion
Recommendedfrom the time I walked through the door until I was done at the surgery center I was well taken care of. My family was. treated wonderful Nursing staff kept me and me family members aware. The nurses that came in before surgery were wonderful I'm very happy to say that I would go back
some of the workers are very rude.and just don't care if you have any other health issues that are going to keep you from doing physical therapy stuff.
if you go they will tell you different things each day not constant at all, if you try getting medical records they will not send out the release form regardless how many times you try.. Pittsburgh will do anything to prevent you from going to a competitor hospital. My gf has had misdiagnoses by all their medical centers and hospitals multiple times. Make sure you can get a release form you can do on your own fax machine or by email...
