The doctors and nurses I've worked with have been good. I have received good care from the people involved. The problem is financial/billing. UPMC billed our insurance with the wrong codes frequently... too frequently to believe they're all actually mistakes. UPMC does not correct their own billing errors (why bother, since they will get their money, whether from me or when they sell the debt to a collection agency?)
