I had a delivery to this hospital. materials for a construction project going on. the people in the loading dock area are just plain rude. Instead of being polite and making others people's jobs easier. they just made it harder. could've been here only 15 minutes now I've been here over 2 hours. all I would have needed was to use a pallet jack and I'd be done.
RecommendedThe stuff at the Pittsburgh location is amazing 2 years ago they delivered my beautiful daughter. 5 months ago they delivered my twins and saved my life. I highly recommend Magee it’s the best labor and delivery. The nurses and drs are wonderful and make you feel so welcome and important. For my future children I’ll be delivering here no Doubt. OHHH and when you order food make sure you get the chocolate cake ;) it’s to die for!
I had major surgery there this past week the surgical staff and doctors were fantastic but I had to stay for a week for pain management because I was in a lot of pain and for Observation which I had a higher chance of complication from the type of surgery and the nursing staff and pct were terrible I had the hospital discharge me after 3 days because I wasn’t getting the care that I needed which I hope some one important sees this post because I’m contacting a lawyer and I know some higher up employees for upmc who have been... read more
When we found out we were pregnant we were so excited as we had been trying for 11 years. However, our world sorta came crashing down on us when we found out our baby had a fetal neck mass. We were referred to Magee Women's hospital and Dr. Emory who oversaw the rest of my pregnancy. Without Dr. Emory, our precious little girl wouldn't have survived and wouldn't be with us today. Have had nothing but good experiences with the vascular Doctors. Dr. Sachev was wobderful with my Dads surgery and lasr night Dr. Xu was amazing and did everything he could in the surgery room to help my dad. Would highly recommend them!
their nicu and staff are absolutely amazing my 35 weeker was life flighted there at 6hrs old
Ok mommies who all went to magee for birth? I did an i had an emergency c section an than they sent me home infected 2 days later i got rushed to the er n than found out i was badly infected.. so they sent me back to magge than for me to find out i had to have a surgery n they took my uterus half my bowel an my eggs out so i cant have nomore kids than to find iut my son become deaf an after surgery they sent me home the first pic is at the beginning an the second is how i jave to live for the rest of my life an im really dep... read more

Had great experience nurses very kind helpful loved that we was Able to have phone with us during c section to take pics. And the fact baby stays with u the whole time allowing immediate skin to skin contact highly recommend. Loved the care my son and I received 5 weeks ago
