I’ve been with CHA for many years and have generally had positive experiences, which made this appointment especially disappointing. When the doctor entered, I introduced myself as the patient’s husband. Her response was, “I don’t know, it’s not tattooed on your forehead that you’re the husband,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I had pain for over 6 years and Dr Noel was able to finally get to the bottom of it and come up with an appropriate treatment and I am feeling much better! My pain has been reduced by about 90%. She has been a God send! I highly recommend! She is also very pleasant and friendly and really listens.
