The owner, Joe has a cadre of specialty businesses to take care of anything that they don’t cover, which also is very fair in price. Scottie is a master mechanic and has great respect for the clients and his job. Everyone there is professional and talented in their field. Was incorrectly quoted a price over the phone ($120 for tire installation). I was told that price included installation, balance and alignment. Arrived this morning mentioning the quote to be told the price was incorrect ($129) and did not include wheel alignment. Decided to take my business elsewhere and was given an attitude. Mistakes happen and I understand, but don’t give me an attitude when you make a mistake.
