The best experience; friendly and professional. Madison Tire & Auto suggested the perfect tires for my truck, gave me a great price on the work, did everything in a fair amount of time, and did everything the right way. I have 33" tires and they were perfectly balanced with no highway vibration whatsoever; that's a rare find nowadays. What more could you ask for?

Not sure about the company ethos where “The customer is number one”. Incompetent front office staff inconvenienced my whole day. They forgot my flat repair for 8 hours didn’t even bother calling. Went in twice only to be told it would get done before the end of day. Arrived just before closing with the small job still not done. No sorry no nothing ,finally got repaired out of pure desperation but totally wasted my day. Next time I’ll keep my options open.
Always open and honest and keep us informed. Work around our crazy schedule. We trust their opinion.
had my 2015 F 150 in today got a level kit & tires installed with alignment . John & his crew were very helpful & informative about differnt styles & budgets . I couldn’t be any happier . Thank you guys . This was my first experience . I will be going here from now on for tires etc .
After searching for tires at all the major chains I decided to call Madison tire and boy am I thankful I did. Not only did they give me more options then those chain places they did it on the spot because I was late for work all while saving me over $300. I will never shop anywhere else again!!!
