The apartments are nice but the office staff leave something to be desired. It takes forever to get call back, they poorly plan construction/grounds keeping with little thought to the impact/safety of their tenants and we have had them lose packages only to show up days later with no follow up and no apology for misplacing the item.
The office workers are terrible. The maintenance workers can't fix any problems or don't have the part, issues with bugs, hidden fees, random apartment inspections, terrible experience! Nice apartment but terribly managed. I am being charged a week of rent for only giving 55 days notice instead of 60 days notice although they were closed all weekend for the holiday!
Beautiful renovated apartments with new appliances,w/d,new lighting and faucetts, new counters and flooring!
