Recently moved to the area and the leasing process was easy. Great staff and apartments. Clean and new appliances make it easy to give 5 stars.
This is the second Madison complex I have lived in within the last few years. I was making the move to Missouri from Texas. Having looked for months to find the right apartment, I settled on Madison Prairie Point. The location, price, courtesy of the staff (Lindsay is who I have always dealt with), was too hard for others to beat. You really won't find better quality for the price in the O'Fallon area. Paid $1100 when I moved in 4 years ago, they made it so none of that was refundable. I moved out and had to pay an ADDITIONAL $600 for them to clean because I had a dog. I have had zero upgrades since I lived there, and knew they would be upgrading mine when I moved out. New carpet and new flooring- but they still charged me for it. Neighbors all were rude and mean to my dogs, even though the complex is pet friendly. My rent started at $715 and by the time I moved out it had gone up to over $1000. This place is a JOKE!! SARA SEEGER is possibly the worst property manager there is. They took advantage of my mother. She moved in to a dirty apartment, when my mother asked to have the place better cleaned before moving in Sara blew her off, insulting her saying "don't bring your negativity into my office", and didn't do anything. Upon move out, she cleaned the apartment thoroughly! The other reviews are correct. Kiss your entire deposit goodbye if you have a pet. $375 for a "deep cleaning" that probably didn't even happen.... read more
