Taylor and the rest of the maitnence staff are so great and super quick at responding to any issues!
We have been staying in Madison for the last 4 years and best part is we never got an opportunity to think that we have to look for any other apartment due to several factors.....Madison team is more like family, we always receive immediate help or response for any requests or for any concerns. -Its a place where every one mingles with each other and celebrate all the festivals. -Close to everything that you look for- Schools,Grocery shops, Food joints....just name it and you can find it within 4-5 miles. I have lived here for almost 2 years. The maintenance staff is very responsive and quick to help with any repairs. The office staff and management team are so transparent and helpful. Anytime something comes up they will quickly respond to my email or give me a call. The pool is one of the best I have ever had too living in an apartment complex! 🙂 i have zero regrets living here.
We’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s been great so far! It’s a quiet and safe community with friendly neighbors. The office staff is super friendly. The maintenance crew is quick to answer any concern that may arise. The complex is close to 40/364/70 so you can get anywhere you need to quickly!
Nice, safe, decent and a friendly community with easily accessibility to shopping, mainly close by school and YMCA, that makes life easy, comfortable for families with kids. With above described and a good maintenance with prompt response makes Madison, the best apartment community to live in O Fallon/St Louis area.
