We moved in last month and I have to say this is probably the best complex either of us have ever lived in. Everything is updated and Works!!! Had some initial issues but were taken care of right away. That in itself makes it worth moving here. We will be staying awhile for sure.
Prairie point is the best place to live, the office people that work here are fantastic and the maintenance people very helpful and thoughtful.
I love Madison the maintenance people are wonderful and everybody is so helpful.
I love this apartment community. The apartments are so spacious and new! Every time I have been in the office the staff has been very helpful and professional. The location is right by a school and a YMCA! I would definitely recommend.
Read all the reviews and its weird that this place has bad reviews. I'm not surprise tho cause other apartment complex has some issues too. So far we like living here. No problem at all. We ask a question,they answer right away. When we ask for maintenance they show up within an hour. Place is really neat. Parking is crazy but I've been in worst scenario. The online tool is so convenient too. So far so good. We've only been here for 3months really hope no problem comes along cause id hate to be disappointed and move again!
I have been living in my apartment for a little less than a year. Have never had any problems with maintenance coming to fix something or with the management staff in any capacity. I like my apartment alot. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are awesome. The grounds throughout the community are kept clean and when its snowy or icy out, they do their best to have it all shoveled/melted as soon as possible. I LOVE this community! The apartments are updated and super spacious! The high ceilings are the best and make the apartments feel that much bigger! Grounds are well kept and it just feels good!!
