I had a concerning experience with Jennifer Vitarelli and office staff that I feel compelled to share. My family have been patients of her Madison office for 8 years, in fact our kids went to preschool together , which was how we met. I have always had great interactions with her, which was why I have my whole family transition over to her practice.
