Madison Dental Care is amazing because of the way they interact with the patients. They are very thoughtful, considerate, and professional. They absolutely help keep my anxieties of going to the dentist to a minimum, and I actually am happy as I am leaving the dentist office.

Outstanding scheduling process with minimum to zero time waiting, superb holistic dental care, and superior professional staff starting from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to Dr. Burgess. In addition, you are treated with respect, care for you as a family, and receive great dental care. Keep it up Dr. Burgess.
It was an enjoyable experience. Some of my fears were eliminated from the moment that I entered your practice. The staff, and doctor were very friendly and helpful.
The best part of my recent cleaning was the removal of a small stain on my front tooth! For a while I thought the tiny spot was just a part of regular tooth aging and thought nothing of it, but I was shocked to see my hygienist buffed it right out!!! I can't tell you how many times I've edited my photos to remove that tiny discoloration! Thank you for helping me enjoy my smile again <3
