I always have a good experience at Madison Dental Care. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They even get me in with little to no waiting.
Dental treatment is excellent. More than this the staff are gentle in their manner but skilled at the same time in their dental profession. I am particularly grateful to Dr. Natalie Cole who immediately asked me to come, when an extraction was done, for which she was not responsible as it was done by another dentist. I began to bleed heavily. The phone in the clinic where it was done kept ringing as it had been closed. The dentist who extracted the tooth was not available. Superb dental care, I am always received with a smile, and I always leave with a smile due to their superior dental care. Professionals at all levels from the receiving personnel to the dental specialist and of course Dr. Burgess. By the way, he always smiles, he is patient, and spends time explaining and listening to his patients. Outstanding Dr.
Kelly is the best hygienist. She was very professional and courteous. My only issue with the visit is the receptionist was very rushed as I was checking out. She took my email to send me my treatment plan because she didn't have the time to give it to me right then. Still waiting 2 days later to receive the plan so I can schedule my next visits.
