Best dental experience and staff ever. I’ve been treated by dozens of dental staff over the last 30 years and this team is remarkable. Without exception, everyone I encountered seemed genuinely happy to be serving me.

very friendly staff....from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you are leaving, everyone is extremely polite, courteous, and happy. After multiple visits, I've never had to wait for my appointment, they are always on time. I also love the email reminders.
Everyone is nice and do their job very well. I went in for a cleaning and checkup and left with clean teeth.
Dr Burgess and his staff are, hands down, the BEST dental care pros I’ve ever used. They make going to the dentist much less an ordeal - and I appreciate their skill and their care!
Madison Dental Care is the BEST in town, a class A practice! Dr. Burgess and his staff are on point, and work in sync like a well-oiled machine. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile, and are made to feel at ease. No question is too big or too small. Dr. Burgess’s level of expertise/skill is unsurpassed, as is that of all the technicians and hygienists. For a nervous patient like myself, this has made all the difference in the world. Highly Recommended.
