Absolutely the best dental office I have ever been too. Everyone was so nice and reassuring. Everyone was very genuine and kind to me. Going through pain and fear they really helped me through it.
Very friendly and efficient office staff. Thorough procedures. Dentists and hygienists great and explaining any areas of concern and what is involved in correcting the issues. You are treated as family, not just another "mouth! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
There was a mistake made on my first crown they did and so they offered to redo it and I gave them a chance with a second dentist at the practice. He stepped out of the room in the middle of the appointment to see multiple other patients for what felt like forever as I waited in the chair my anesthesia wearing off and needing to be reapplied. The new crown ended up being off in color (didn’t notice until I got home, my bad) and needed to be adjusted. The temp crown had been too large and had hurt my jaw and so it was hard to... read more
I always love coming to Madison Dental. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help with any concerns.
I spent YEARS avoiding the dentist because it was always such a terrible experience. As you can imagine, over the years there were MANY dental problems going on that I put off until it was unbearable. I had my first visit with Madison Dental Care with the intention of getting everything taken care of and expecting more terrible dental experiences.
