By far the worst customer service ever! The attendants that collect your money are rude, arrogant & don’t like it when you ask questions about what services are included in the various washes. The guy was so rude I asked for my money back & will never be returning! He had the nerve to tell me I’m lucky he allows me there. Funny thing I work for a limo co with a fleet of 50+ vehicles that I would take there often. NEVER AGAIN!
I freakin love this car wash. Always super friendly, the price is right, and the hand dry is the icing on the cake. Good job guys. Thanks for keeping my whip crispy.
I just have to say this is the BEST Car Wash in Lakewood!! We take all of our vehicles from Italian Creations here, because we know that we're going to get the best service and we also like to support local businesses!!! Thank you!!
DO NOT GO HERE! Car wash may be fine but the detail service ruined my car. They messed up my Prius battery by not turning the engine on and will not reimburse me for the $300 battery they ruined. Horrible service and I spent more than 9 hours getting it looked at and fixed. Thanks for nothing.
