Staying in Presidential Towers, Chicago has been anything short of a horrifying experience. They have intermittent boiling hot water coming in the cold water tap in my Apartment and i have been complaining for over a year( i have emails as a proof if interested). Their Management team is a joke and they do not care, even the engineer they sent us told me he cannot resolve the issue.My toddler kid almost got burnt today as suddenly hot water started coming in the cold water tap. STAY AWAY !!
RecommendedIt has been great so far. I hope it stays that way! The property is clean and the staff has been extremely friendly. I look forward to using amenities soon.
Don’t move here. They will tow your car & give you bs last bill. Dark spots on carpet is bs. There wasn’t any. $252 carpet replacement. More like robbery
RecommendedGreat onsite personnel. Quick and friendly. Shopping center right across the street and one of the few apartment complexes with a pool. Highly recommended.
I am not recommended Management is really bad. We still waiting for maintenance for more then 5 days to fix the shower.Really bad customer s ervice.
Very disappointed in this apartment complex. This is a great location and we love the look of the apartment and how it is set up, but the communication and customer service here is extremely lacking. We've (me and my boyfriend) had issues since the beginning of moving here, luckily management was able to fix those problems, after several weeks and many phone calls/conversations. Lack of communication. Bad customer service. Almost impossible to get someone to help, unless you're a "future tenant". Outdated apartments for the price. Rough/violent neighborhood. Looks nice from bell rd or Murfreesboro pike, but all together a shithole.

I do not recommend Pointe at Centennial Hills to anyone! That’s it! It’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. Where do I begin?
