RecommendedI have lived at The Pointe at Lindbergh for over two years now and absolutely love it. I chose this community because of the location and proximity to everything and all the amenities offered. What has made me want to keep living here is the staff. Mersiha and her office staff Scott and Judith are awesome and always get back to me promptly. Jose and Trevas in maintenance are always smiling and diligent when it comes to my requests. I definitely plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.

Don’t move here unless you want your car broken into, all while paying $1250 in rent and can’t even get security out here to patrol the area or cameras. The security they do have only comes like once every 3 or 4 months. Maintenance is horrible, customer service is horrible, and the conditions of the apartments are not worth the price. Thank God we’ll be moving in 30 days.

They overcharge for their apartments in an area wrought with crime. Maintenance sucks. Management sucks. Would never recommend my worst enemy to live there.
RecommendedMy Experience with Mykal , Mershia , Scott and Judith was very pleasant and fun, they were very professional and helpful. I look forward to becoming a resident. :)
Answer phone calls and emails, require maintenance to do their jobs, charge correct rental amount and take better care of property. Also, our apartment has flooded 3 times!!!! Horrible company..... DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Great location and extremely walkable to the nearby grocery store. The management team over there will screw you over though, so be sure to take pictures of your carpets, walls, and anything else that is broken or misplaced. They made me pay for an entire recarpeting even though we had marked the stains that were already there before move in. Their photo evidence was blurry too (probably intentionally). Also, our vinyl flooring was coming up in our entire apartment for 6 months before they actually fixed it. Again, the apart... read more
